Fee Structure

Fees will be charged for all the twelve months of an academic session at the time of admission. However, fee can be paid in two instalments i.e. in April and October of the academic session.

1) Once admission is granted to a Non-DAE student in an AEC School at a centre having more than one school, no further request will be entertained for change of school.

2) Information, if found wrong at any stage, will lead to the cancellation of the admission.

Fee Concession

 

1. The students who have been granted admission in AEC School under the provisions of Right to Education (RTE) and SEEP (earlier called as TNP) are exempted from payment of fees (RTE students are exempted from payment of fees up to class VIII).

2. In respect of the wards of Central Government, DAE, CISF, IB and other Employees whose third child is a girl and also in respect of the third child onwards of SC/ST employees, the exemption of payment of Tuition Fee alone is available subject to the production of certificate to the effect that the Children Education Allowance is not extended to the third child by their Department.

Exemptions:

(i) The students admitted under Right to Education Act and the students selected under SEEP need not pay any component of the fee.

(ii) The third be a boy or a girl of an employee belonging to SC/ST categories need not pay Tuition Fee alone. Other component of the fee he/she has to pay. This is applicable to the ward of DAE employees only against the production of a certificate from the Competent Authority to the effect that employee is not eligible for the claim of CEA for his/her third child.

(iii) For all other students – belonging to both DAE and Non-DAE categories – there is no exemption from paying any component of the fee.

(iv) However, students belonging to Non-DAE category who were admitted in various classes till the academic year (including that academic year) 2017-18 will avail the following fee concession:

The Non-DAE category students who were granted admission in AEC Schools till the academic year 2017-18 and whose parents’ (both father and mother) combined Annual income is less than 2.5 lakhs, are presently extended the fee concession and their tuition fees is at par with DAE students, This concession will be extended to the student concerned on production of the income certificate of parents issued by the competent revenue authorities.

NOTE:

  • Kindly go through the School Fees Structure which is displayed on our school Notice Board and KKNPP View all open forum.

  •  Payment can be made by ATM Cards, Internet Banking, etc.

  •  Students / Parents can pay the fee on or before 29.04.2024 without late fee, and also can pay from 30.04.2024 to 09.05.2024 with late fee Rs 50/-.(It will be added by system.)

  • School will not issue Fee Receipts to students for online payment of school fees.  Fee Receipt can be printed by the parents by themselves after the payment of fees through online and hard copy of the fee receipt should be submitted to the class teacher.

  • The students those who do not make the payment of fees before the last date, their names will be removed from the roll and such students have to take Re-admission by making an additional fee of Rs.100/.  Attendance will not be given for the period during which the names removed from the roll due to the non-payment of fees.

  • The students Unique Id will be circulated in class whatsapp group as well as on school website.

 

Miscellaneous issues related to fee

I. In case of new admissions, irrespective of the month of admission all the components of the fee should be paid for 12 months.

II. In case of students joining on Transfer Certificate, all the components of fee have to be paid reckoning from the next month up to which the student has paid the fee in the previous school.

III. In case a student applies for Transfer Certificate, all the components of fee have to be paid till the month in which the student has applied for Transfer Certificate, irrespective of the student attending the classes or not.

IV. However, if a student applies for Transfer Certificate in the month of March, TC can be issued after publication of result without collecting any component of fee for the next academic session.

V. In case of students promoted after the retest (in classes IX and XI), all components fee can be accepted without any fine or readmission fee within seven working days from the publication of results, failing which such students have to pay the fee with fine and readmission fee.
